Technical assistance and training for small rural businesses and community organizations. Two application tracks: Business Opportunity grants and Business Enterprise grants.

New Mexico LEDA Fund

Local Economic Development Act grants fund land, buildings, and infrastructure to help local governments attract expanding businesses and create jobs. Administered through municipalities and counties.

Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP)

Reimburses 50–90% of wages for classroom and on-the-job training for newly created positions at expanding or relocating businesses. One of the most generous training incentive programs in the U.S.
