Who We Are

Creating Opportunity Through Workforce Development and Economic Growth

The Rural Labor & Economic Development Corporation (RLED) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening rural communities through workforce development, entrepreneurship, business support, and economic development initiatives.

We work with local governments, educational institutions, employers, economic development organizations, and strategic partners to create sustainable opportunities that improve quality of life throughout Eastern New Mexico.

Through grant-funded programs, collaborative partnerships, and innovative solutions, RLED helps connect people and communities with the resources needed to build stronger local economies.

"Rural communities are not waiting to be rescued. They are asking for the tools, the partners, and the policy frameworks to build on their own terms."
